- Nov 21, 2011 · We have a Standard Communications Server 2007 pool non-R2. I currently have a single user that is unable to download the address book. I have tried having him log into my machine and he gets the same No Results, where i am having no issues. I have uninstalled / reinstalled communicator, made sure that IE is not checking CRL's.
